How Much Lit Energy Can You Drink Every Day?.Looks like a recipe for fun, or alternatively, getting overstimulated and rapidly switching tasks while being unable to concentrate on any single one. The ingredients also list cAMP, which I'm guessing is from forskolin in any case, inhibiting PDE4 to increase cAMP was a primary aim of of the CILTEP stack, which basically acted (in my experience) as an ephedra-like stimulant on its own when paired with caffeine.įinally, just to round it off we have yohimbine, another classic preworkout (known for its physical, speedy stimulative effect) that increases ephedrine, and vinpocetine, a formerly en vogue nootropic that is purported to enhance blood flow to the brain. NALT is another classic way to boost caffeine's effects - as anyone who's taken Ceretropic's caffeine + NALT (probably my favorite preworkout) can attest. Research looks sparse based on the citations and a cursory Google search, but it's derived from a Chinese plant. According to Wikipedia, evodiamine "acts primarily as a thermogenic and stimulant," and "may also act in a manner comparable to tianeptine by increasing the number of serotonin transporters available in the brain, enhancing the reuptake of serotonin." Huh, interesting. So aside from four different caffeine sources (citrate, anhydrous, yerba mate, green tea), we have evodiamine - a supplement I was previously unfamiliar with. Other Ingredients Highly Purified Water, Citric Acid, Carmine Red, Liquid Red, Sucralose, Potassium Sorbate, Natural and Artificial Flavor and Natural Colors. Proprietary Blend Caffeine Citrate, Caffeine Anhydrous, Evoburn (Pure Evodiamine), N-acetyl-tyrosine, Yerbe Mate, Green Tea, 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan, CAMP (adenosine cyclic 3',5'-monophosphate), Vinpocetine, Yohimbine HCL. I'd just recommend to drink the 4 ounce serving over a period of 15 or so minutes, have a reasonably sized snack with it, and don't drink it too late in the day. Definitely recommend that y'all give one a try sometime. Other side effects that could be seen as negative was I felt hot, I felt the skin tingling sensation, my heart rate increased a little, and the jitters that I experienced in the beginning. Once everything settled and the ibuprofen was working I actually felt very very good, not like a high, or euphoria or anything like that, but I just felt like I had controllable energy, the brain fog was gone (is still gone now), and I felt motivated/positive. I started feeling a little jittery until I got something in my stomach and took 600mg of ibuprofen (ibuprofen seems to work well with stimulants for me). At first I felt a little nauseous I think I should have drank those 4 ounces a little slower and ate something with it. I've drank most of the energy drinks out there, but none of them have ever given me as much of a noticeable physical and mental effect as this one. I have a high tolerance to caffeine so there has to be some other stuff in this drink causing the stimulation to last this long. Well anyways, I drank the 4 ounces around 4:15pm earlier today and I'm still buzzed right now at 10:50pm. The bottle lists that a normal side effect is tingling skin. When I bought it, I noticed like half the bottle is covered in warning labels, and it says that you should be at least 18 to drink it. I bought one today at my local gas station (I believe GNC sells them as well though) just out of impulse, and I have to tell you, this stuff is different than any other energy drink I've ever had.
